Two New Personal Records!

I've just completed session 35 for my brain training and I have made two new personal records :)

These new records are for Memory Matrix and Name Tag:

Here are the results:



Memory Matrix exercises Spatial Recall, which is used for remembering the locations of things and recalling visual patterns.  I've scored a new high of 5,945 for this game.

My Lumosity Results 05/31/2009

Here’s a screenshot of my Session 33 summary for the Basic Training: Color Blind Version.



The following is my Brain Performance Index (BPI) +/- for the given brain fields for each game:

Birdwatching: -10
Memory Match: +14
Memory Matrix: +8
Spatial Speed Match: +51
Lost in Migration: +22

My best training performance of the day, as you can see, is the Spatial Speed Match, which focuses on training the Information Processing field of my brain. On the other hand, Birdwatching didn’t go well. I neede...

New Personal Records!

I was on session 24 of the Basic Training: Color Blind Version of the Lumosity brain training program and broke my personal record for both the Speed Match and Penguin Pursuit training exercises.

Speed Match is the game scientifically designed to exercise Information Processing. This game is mainly used for thinking faster, faster reaction time, and speeding up cognitive processes.

Welcome to the World of Lumosity

I first heard about Lumosity on December 2008. I’ve been searching for a brain fitness program that would allow me to train all of the cognitive areas of my brain as I feel that sometimes I tend to be less attentive and have difficulty concentrating. In addition, there were also times when I feel like my brain slows down as I was “slow” at understanding things and just unable to think clearly and quickly.
